You know that buying a home is one of the most important investments that you will ever make. The question is–Where do you start? Being a first-time homebuyer can be stressful and downright scary.
Neighborhood Housing Partnership (NHP) understands how intimidating this process can be and works with new homebuyers every day. We offer a comprehensive homebuyer education class in a fun and supportive atmosphere. The course meets on 3 evenings either virtually or at our main office. The fee for the class is $50; scholarships are available for income-eligible Clark County households. In addition, a counselor can schedule an optional free one-on-one session with each student to review their budget and personal credit report. The counselor can also assist students with credit repair. Clients pay only for the cost of a credit report, if ordered.
