Group Orientation (GO) Workshop

Foreclosure Intervention:

An innovative "Keeping My Home…Surviving the Mortgage Crisis" workshop is designed to provide immediate access and assistance to distressed homeowners facing mortgage troubles. We host these Group Orientation meetings on Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. bi-weekly at our E. Home Rd. office.

Free counseling to homeowners in Clark, Champaign, Logan, Greene, Auglaize, Putnam, and Allen counties:

  • Understanding the foreclosure process in the State of Ohio;
  • Learning about available options to the homeowner;
  • Assistance completing a workout agreement with their lender;
  • Recognizing mortgage rescue scams; and
  • Providing financial assistance*
